Masks must be worn at all times when in the Bay Club, regardless of vaccination status.
Yesterday the CDC, state and local health officials changed its guidance on masking to; all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, should wear a mask while indoors with others.
The SBCA Board will continue to follow the recommendations of CDC, state and local health officials. We, like everyone else, wish this pandemic were over but we also, like most everyone else, recognize our need to be good citizens and neighbors. We wear masks to protect others.
Therefore, the SBCA Board has changed the Bay Club mask policy to align with the newest recommendation of the CDC, state, and county health officials.
Effective immediately; all persons over two years of age, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear a face mask (covering one’s mouth and nose) while inside the Bay Club, except while actually eating or drinking or while actually in the water in the swimming pool.
Thank you for your cooperation.
